Why use EPS foam?
Its advantages are many. It won’t warp or twist away from the wall. It is lightweight. It is non-toxic. It is more cost effective than the traditional wood trim. It is lifetime maintenance-free thus eliminating the need for repainting and upkeep. EPS profiles which are bonded over basecoat prevent the possibility of water infiltration into the wall assembly eliminating the risk of water damage and mold, a very real health concern.
