Why use CareData?

0

Manual tracking, follow-up and recall methods have failed for many practices and so have many EMRS. The first step of the CareData solution is to conduct a risk assessment of the current patient follow-up process. This includes process mapping and identification of liability areas. Once problems are identified properly, we will recommend a solution to address the areas with exposure to risk. Using the CareData solution, the practice will address this liability area and will know when a patient scheduled a visit and/or missed an appointment; knows how many times a patient has been followed-up on and who initiated the follow-up; and knows if results have not been returned from the lab. The solution will allow office managers to use the CareData application to generate several reports vital to the proper functioning of a clinic. Currently, we are not aware of any other comparable program whose primary focus is on providing a complete solution to follow-up, track and recall patients.
