Why use an online CSS, instead of placing the CSS file in the same directory as the converted file?

There were pros and cons. An online CSS resource allowed me to update it for everyone at the same time, but might make it more difficult for people without an internet connection; local CSS files are more flexible but can also be confusing to novice users. In the end the online solution was preferred, with the –css option as a fallback.

What is your question?
