WHY USE A LETTING AGENT?
We feel it is better to use an agent as you have a proper impartial point of contact. If you have any issues or queries you always have someone on the end of a phone or you can pop in discuss things with us. For many students, this will be the first time that they will have moved out of home and it is just reassuring (sometimes more for the parents!!) that there is someone on hand to assist with any day to day matters. It is amazing the questions we get asked, whether it is `how do I turn on the heating` or `can you help me with the utility bills as I haven`t seen one before!!` We are always here to help and give the best advice we can to ensure your college/university experience is a memorable one, for the right reasons! We realise that these are just a few of the most common questions.
