Why types of food other than rabbit pellets can rabbits eat?
If you recently switched pellets you should mix the new pellets with the old pellets and gradually eliminate the old pellets. If you’ve done this and your rabbit still isn’t eating the pellets, it *could* signal a dental problem. When a rabbit suddenly doesn’t eat it could mean it’s time for a vet visit. If nothing is wrong, you can feed your rabbit a pellet free diet. If you choose this it is very importnat to be sure your rabbits get a wide variety of greens every day in addition to unlimited grass hay. Personally I think that is hard to do and we give ours limited pellets each day.
