Why Tutors Homes built-in message system can well protect my privacy?

0

We do not show tutors’ contact information directly to students due to concern on security and privacy issues. In the past while tutor’s contact information is publicly listed, we received a few complaints that some parties registered as ‘student’ and collected tutor’s contacts for commercial purpose. After discussion, we decided to implement a new internal message system. Once a student has decided which tutor to contact, we allow him/her to send this tutor an internal message. In the reply message, tutors can select whether to have their contact information attached to the message. This effectively helps tutors in filtering out unwanted enquiries. For example, when a tutor is fully booked, he/she may choose to reply them without giving out contact details. Or, of course, they can just ignore the enquiry.
