Why there is a small delay before some of the new settings are taken into use?
This applies to F-Secure Anti-Virus for Microsoft Exchange 7.0. There may be a short delay before new Transport Protection settings are taken into use. The delay is because the Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 has a certain polling interval for changed anti-virus related settings. Typically this delay is only some seconds. When the new settings have been taken into use, F-Secure Anti-Virus for Microsoft Exchange will add the following message in Logfile.log: The F-Secure Anti-Virus for Microsoft Exchange Transport Agent received new settings.
