Why there is a 90-day hold on Stormpay payout?
The decision was made by MCDclassified to put a 90-day Hold on Stormpay payouts due to the following: Stormpay will do a “charge-back” on those accounts that are suspicious of fraud. Stormpay has no specific time frame in which they do this process. Example: People send money to Stormpay with credit card or checking. Then, join our program. Then, empty (or cancel) their credit card or their checking account. In the past few months, we have had charge-backs almost 90 days old. We’ve lost over $50,000 from charge-backs. This is NOT a Stormpay Loss, it is OUR loss. Those members have “cheated” our program and ran away with their payout. We have also lost the commission that was paid to their sponsors. We are sorry that some of you may think this is unfair to all members, but we must do everything we can to protect our program and our members (your) money.
