Why the strict rules on Knife play ?

The Camp grounds (as “THE” camp site for University/College students) has decided that they have suffered their very last drunken knife fight – and I can’t blame them. I think the Camp Owners have been very nice to modify their NO KNIFE rule for us in this matter; lets show them we can be trusted to respect it. They have been VERY flexible in allowing us to have knife play allowed at both Club Tiki as well as the Mash Tent Play Areas – ONLY. And YES, this DOES mean that you are not allowed to do Knife Play on your own Camp Site – that is the rule (no exceptions). If someone is caught with a knife out (and you are not in the middle of eating steak) the knife will be confiscated, tagged, and returned to you when you leave Camp. BTW, if you are on your camp site eating steak, and you are using a huge fricken knife (to antagonize the Camp Owners Rules); it will be confiscated and you can use a butter knife on your steak for the remainder of the event. This rule extends to ALL bladed weapon
