2007 marks a decade since the death of Diana, Princess of Wales, who became the international face of the anti-landmine campaign. In addition, 2007 is the tenth anniversary of the launch of the Ottawa Treaty, which was created to stop the manufacture, trade, stockpile and use of anti-personnel mines.
