Why the size of the created video file is different from the background image?
The size of the created video file follows the size of the video template. The background image will be resized to the size of the video template also. • Why no face is superimposed, or the face is superimposed wrongly? The face pattern in your video template must be drawn according to the OurQFace Face Pattern Guidelines. Please read through the OurQFace Face Pattern Guidelines before drawing the face pattern. • Can I have video template with 2 or more different face patterns? No. The freeware version only accept video template with one face pattern. However, we have plans to support video template with 2 or more different face patterns in later versions. • I do not want any face nor background to superimpose on the first image of my video template. Or, I do not want any face nor background to superimpose on one of the image of my video template. How do do it? You will need to add a thin border around that image.
