Why the Quad, its not the highest traffic area on campus?
The Quad is one of the oldest areas on campus, as the Ball State campus expanded it did so in a direction away from the Quad. The area surrounding the Quad is a very important part of campus including the Student Center and Lucina. It is also where your commencement is held when you graduate. The idea is to beautify the Quad and attract more students to an area of campus that is not getting a lot of attention.
