Why The Perfect Pancake as a gift?
It’s been a week-end ritual in our family. Either on Saturdays or Sundays I always prepare breakfast for my kids and spouse. On many occasions, preparing them pancakes has been the easiest thing for me. All I have to do is to prepare the batter before heading out to jog. After cleaning up, I would stay in the kitchen for about 1 hour or so preparing pancakes, omelettes, bacon and sausage. Depending on the fruits that are in season, I would put some fruit on the table too. On many occasions, even before my daughter turned five years old, she has wanted to learn how to make pancakes. Up to this day, she is fascinated by the delicate art of flipping pancakes in a pan. I made her some promises to delay placing her in the kitchen at this early age. My wife and I had imagined that when she gets to be 7 years old, she can start learning how to prepare some simple meals under our watchful eyes.
