Why The Name “Kims Crabapple Project”?
Why Kim’s Crabapple Project……… Well Kim used Crabapple as her username for many of her internet accounts and it was a nickname she had garnered at one point or another. Kim was a very special young woman. 15 years old and she had done so many things and touched a lot of lives. Her friends remember her as a caring and giving person quick with a smile and anything to make them smile. It is in this spirit I am founding Kim’s Crabapple Project. As I put it in the mission statement, a strong organization branching out into the community. I hope to foster a sense of community and of unselfish giving. Helping people that she wanted to help and that she would have wanted to help.
