Why the lubricant system is important of the PIMM?
The reason why the lubrication system is important when you are using the toggle-clamping unit PIMM. Especially, the fast cycle time PIMM; the automatic lubricant system is needed to protect the toggle pins wear out. Oil Grease lubrication system is built in the Elite S series from the S90 to S170 of which is better than the oil less bushing system. It is because not easy for wear out in consuming. The computer controls the grease supply by pressure and frequency according to the cycle time. Please be noted that the PIMM with the hydraulic clamping unit does not having the lubricant system.
