Why the limit on using the Wild Card Flight so it cannot be used on the same ocean as a Corridor Flight?
There are routing options where it would be significantly advantageous to follow a Corridor flight with the Wild Card flight. We’ve worked very hard to keep Corridor legs as short as possible to minimize team disruption. Adding a four to six hour wild card flight immediately after ten or more hours of corridor flights defeats that goal. We lengthened the Wild Card this year to give teams more strategic options.
