The Programme is designed as a residential programme for various reasons. The learning takes place during classroom sessions and even after that. Students are required to work on various projects and their working hours extend till late evening. For students at EMPI the learning takes place during their post-classroom time discussions. They work in teams. The students work for long hours. All this is possible when they are in the campus for 24 hours.
