As a result now the Doctor – patient ratio in the Independent Ukraine is 1:203, whereas in India it is 1:3,500. In these circumstances, when there is no need for more Doctors in Ukraine, they can’t close down those 20 Medical Academies in Ukraine and give them for Food Godown or throw out the staff, who are Lakhs in number to unemployment.
