Why the different labor rate for business vs. home users?

0

Another tough question. We began with the business rate as our only rate and calculated that it would fuel a viable, sustainable business for us and our Clients. Very quickly we discovered that the home user market was highly sensitive to price, because they received less value from our services (for example, their data is not as critical as business data, so they are not willing to pay as much to safeguard it). We decided to service the home Clients and lower our price, in hopes that we could get references from our home Clients that would cut our marketing costs and justify the pricing. It seems to be working.
