Why take a business (Team Cheer or its replacement) off Main Street?
Team Cheer has already decided to relocate. The Town & Village have the opportunity to obtain a building that meets its needs and protect the loss of over 40 parking spots. This new addition to public parking will assist existing Main Street businesses and this is the only answer to improving parking space for everyone to use. During the period of the lease property taxes will still be paid essentially keeping it on the tax roll for the next 8 years.
