Why T.B.N. Spinning?
In spite of the TBN’s recreational image many of us also see cycling as a way to stay fit and pursue a healthy lifestyle. Spinning is a complement to our other human powered activities and helps us maintain a our high level of fitness throughout the year. Members who stick with the program over the winter are able to start the season at the cycling fitness level they usually find themselves at in late May or June. People who plan to take cycling vacations over the winter or in early spring will also see obvious benefits. While the cost of participating is not insignificant, it is still less expensive than purchasing an annual health club membership you might not otherwise use. In additon, our instructor, Kimchan Ramrattan, tailors the workouts specifically to cyclists’ needs.
