Why survey employees?
The Public Service is committed to measuring and fostering employee satisfaction and engagement in the Public Service. Research has indicated that employee engagement has a direct relationship to client satisfaction. Conducting regular employee satisfaction/engagement surveys is a common and effective way to engage employees and can help guide efforts to achieve excellence in the management of people in the Public Service.
