Why Superheroes in a Trailer Park?
I think I have already answered this, better and longer elsewhere, but I will give you a summary. San Joaquin has 6 of the poorest 50 counties in the United States. Thats a huge number. These counties have poor air quality, are primarily agriculture focused, but are transforming into large metro areas, with very poor access to water. This is a looming human disaster if not carefully managed, and the recent example of Katrina leaves me with very little confidence that our Federal Government will be of any help should an “Accident” or disaster occur.
