Why such a wide range of prices for Interior Window Shutters?
Some companies have shutter stock based upon builders “standard” window sizes. If the majority of your windows are near those sizes, a bargain is yours. They are not custom window shutters, so there are usually no specialty shapes or limited colors, frame and louver choices. These are outside mounted for convenience and their “not-exact-fit” sizes, but they are still beautiful indoor window shutters. They are considered a “no frills” shutter stock, however, they have construction equal to the custom window shutter. They cost less because they are pre-assembled shutters and manufactured in bulk. But you have to have standard sized windows to qualify. Many times they can be mixed very well with a custom window shutter to make a perfect match at affordable prices.
