Why such a long time for a watch repair?
Let us respond by asking you this question: How long would you wait to have it done WRONG? There is an old saying, “You can have it FAST, PERFECT or CHEAP, but you can’t have all three.” Think about the wisdom of that for a moment. It is important to keep in mind that the higher the standard for quality at a repair facility, the SLOWER that shop will be in conducting its repairs. The above time frames reflect realistic estimates based on three factors: a. Level and type of service requested/required b. Amount of damage & availability of replacement parts c. Number of watches in our facility being repaired General service (overhauls/tune-ups) on working watches are always faster.
