The user has to upgrade to Windows Media Player version 9.0 for better performance. If the user is already having the Windows Media Player version 9.0 and the streams are not playing then the Windows Media Player version 9.0 has to be un-installed and re-start the system. After re-starting the system, install Windows Media Player version 9.0 from the Microsoft site or from the link below for the operating system, (For XP, Windows 98 SE, ME and 2000) http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/9series/player.
