Why still Indian people don want to look well-dressed, well shaped, polite, warm and happy?
This question I asked many times over. Perhaps you are speaking about people living in rural areas. If you look at the elite class they are as well dressed, as well shaped, polite, warm and happy as other people of the same class in other parts of the world. Even in other parts of the world there are people as uncouth, as poor, as uncivilized and as unhappy as those living in the rural areas. Who must we blame for what they are, they themselves, or the government? May be we must blame those who oppressed them for ages and did not allow them to advance and develop. Why do we call models as models? It is up to us to see them and emulate them and be like them. All must aspire to develop tastes, to progress, and should not be satisfied with the condition we are in. We all must try to do better, be better and excel ourselves. Then only we all will look graceful. There is no need to feel sorry for what we are.
