Why start The Smart Timber Frame Company?
With the changing market and new sustainable requirements imminent, Colin and Graham could see the importance of looking into sustainable products and timber frame homes. With their combined knowledge in the construction industry, they were concerned with the poor service and high prices they had experienced previously. As they looked further into the Timber Frame industry they realised that the majority of the companies were using the same panel systems and erection processes. They decided to design a system which was quicker to erect, did not rely on the foundations being 100% accurate and was safer to erect. After much planning and deliberating this is exactly what they did.
