Why sponsor the Golf Fore Kids Tournament?
• As a Sponsor, you are helping the most at-risk children and youth (those in state custody) in Middle Tennessee receive life-changing help and encouragement of positive adult role models through the L.I.F.T. Mentoring Program. • As a Sponsor, you are providing services to young people aging out of state custody to help them finish their education, maintain stable housing, find and keep a job and begin living healthy, productive lives. • As a Sponsor, you are raising awareness about how your company supports those most needing help in our community. Proceeds from the Golf FORE Kids tournament will benefit Middle Tennessee’s most vulnerable children served by Youth Villages through two vital programs: • LIFT Mentoring Program (an initiative of Governor Bredesen’s) to find mentors for teens in state custody who will help them get over the hard times, help them make the right decisions, stick with them during the difficult teenage years and serve as a positive adult role model and friend.
