Unfortunately, iTune does very strict check before synchronizing video to iPod. Although Easy Video Converter support iPod up to firmware 1.2, the mismatch between video dimension/frame rate/bitrate may let iTune refuse to sync the video, normally select a lower bitrate will be helpful.
