According to the requirement of the Securities and Futures Commission, only those investment funds with online offering documents (propectus accompanied by recent financial reports) can be offered for customers to subscribe online. If you want to subscribe those funds which cannot be subscribed online, please visit any Hang Seng Bank branches. You can also call our Customer Service Hotline. For Prestige Banking customers please call 2998-9188. For Preferred Banking customers please call 2822-8228. For Integrated Account customers with CSR Phone Banking Service please call 2998-9333. For other customers please call 2822-0228.
