Why smoking is harmful?
The Government is the same ones who approved it due to the fact it was something taxable for political income. The only reason they are concerned that people quit now is because they are paying out more in health care costs to uninsured people getting cancer and that is costing more than the revenue being generated. This is the real reason why prices gone up to $4.00 dollars a pack. Price has not deterred smoking. What has happened is Joe Smoker is spending part of his grocery fund or some other way to necessitate fund on the new price increase. The situation has really worsened. How can we stop it we can’t it is individual choice. The government will bungle it up like they do most everything they try to control. The government is responsible for running the country and not solving every persons individual problems. They should spread public messages over the airwaves but, only to that extent.
