Why skin renewal leads to the reduction of cellulite?
When stimulated by DERMATOPOIETIN, dermal fibroblasts produce multiple growth factors essential for epidermis renewal, e.g. KGF and GM-CSF. They also produce major constituents of dermis, e.g. procollagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. Furthermore DERMATOPOIETIN is able to induce migration of cells in the dermis. In combination these processes lead to the reduction of visual appearance of cellulite, i.e. cellulite severity.
