745 A: Ports 706/tcp and 706/udp have been assigned for the SILC protocol 746 by IANA. Server on the network listening above privileged ports 747 (>1023) SHOULD NOT be trusted as it could have been set up by 748 untrusted party. The server normally drops root privileges after 749 startup and then run as user previously defined in silcd.conf.
