Why shouldn gun education be allowed in high schools?
3 reasons should not be allowed in high school: 1) guns are, by law, banned from being on the school campus, making it difficult to study gun safety 2) most high school students are too immature to be given access to guns. Inevitably, someone will be horsing around and shoot someone else or themselves. 3) the school cannot afford the liability insurance required should such deadly weapons be allowed on campus, even for a legitimate course of study. Now…that being said…people *should* be taught gun safety. Gun safety courses are prerequisites to obtaining a concealed carry license, which more people should have.
