Why should test-takers participate in the Comparability Study?
• The computer-based GED practice tests can help them judge their readiness for the actual GED Tests. • Participants will be paid $15 for taking a computer-based GED practice test, and will earn an additional $20 — for a total of $35 per test — if they achieve a score of 410 or higher. Participants may take one computer-based practice test in each content area, and will be paid for each practice test completed. Any payments for participation will be mailed to test-taker’s home address approximately three weeks after completing the practice test. • Participants will play an important role in shaping the future of the GED testing program.
