Why SHOULD Puerto Rico become a state?
There is not much reason for Puerto Rico to become a state. ACCEPT ONE–and that is the right to be represented in the American Government–You get two senators–and some representatives. And it’s people get to vote in the General election. However–by being a “COMMON WEALTH” or protectorate Puerto Rico does enjoy the benefits of Welfare and other social programs for it’s people and protection of the USA.
