eBay does not know about your scheduled bid until it actually executes, and by that time, any email will be too late. PhantomBidder monitors your auctions and lets you know when your maximum scheduled bid price is not going to be sufficient to win the auction. This could occur immediately after you schedule your bid. Usually you will be notified within 10 minutes of the outbid condition.
