Why should my organization use individual travel incentives instead of a group travel incentive?
There is a preference for individual incentives over group incentive travel among the recipients, since individual incentives provide a more personalized travel opportunity. The award recipient has the choice of where to go, when to travel, and whether or not to bring the family along on the trip. Group incentive travel often limits the trip to the recipient only and sometimes is nothing more than a business meeting in disguise at a nice destination.
