Nobody recognises our claim on Antarctic waters. We can’t legally enforce it as our territory. The planes aren’t Australian spy planes. They are just civilian chartered flights the Japanese are paying to keep an eye on Sea Shepard. They are not technically breaking any laws they are just taking advantage of a legal loophole. It sucks but only an international court can close the loophole.
