Why should I use Tri-County Civil Process instead of the local Constables or Sheriff’s?

The Sheriff or Constables department does not offer process serving, however, many Sheriff or Constables departments are backlogged and do not offer extra care and due diligence in your civil process. They do not offer rush service and special coordination request. The Constables or Sheriffs will only do the required number of attempts then return the paper without doing any further investigation. The attorneys find a better address or new location then pay the Constables another fee to serve the same paper they already had on that individual. We have skip tracing available to avoid sending your papers back not served. We mail affidavits of service on your documents the same day our returns are in the office.
