Why should I use HomeSPAN at upper floor level?
Sound Insulation – Noise is a major concern within any home, concrete flooring provides excellent sound resistance acting as a sound barrier between the upper and ground floor levels. Fire Resistance – HomeSPAN flooring has a minimum fire rating of 1 hour, providing extra safety within the home. Rigid Floor – Concrete flooring is not affected by drying shrinkage, as a result floors do not creak or squeak in use. Rapid Construction – HomeSPAN is delivered, installed and grouted in approximately 4-6 hours per house, by Creagh’s HomeSPAN Team, leaving the house ready for the follow on trades.
