Why should I use Heart & Home Senior Care rather than hiring someone privately from the newspaper?
As a state-licensed health care service firm, we are regulated by the Department of Public Law and Safety (NJ Division of Consumer Affairs) and must adhere to regulations that were designed to safeguard the public. A private individual is not regulated by or required to adhere to these standards. Additionally, our caregivers are bonded and insured and have undergone comprehensive criminal background and reference checks. Finally, should your caregiver leave our employ, we can replace that caregiver, typically without an interruption in service.
