Why should I take the TracSkills test?
? MeritTrac is making a concerted effort to identify, groom and deliver” Industry ready” candidates. For job applicants, the Recruitment cycle usually entails taking fairly similar tests over and over again before landing a job in a company. It is tedious and leads to frustration for those who don’t make the cut. While the Selects are hired, nobody tells the Rejects what they are doing wrong, hence not giving them the chance to improve. The TracSkills test attempts to do just that, by clearly identifying areas of improvement which the students can work on and improve their chances of getting employed with the company of their choice.
