WHY SHOULD I TAKE PART IN THE COOPER UNION SCHOOL OF ART SUMMER RESIDENCY PROGRAM?
The program is ideally suited to emerging and mid-career artists who seek a focused period of time with their ongoing artwork, an outlet for interaction with other artists, and critical feedback. The program exposes residents to key artworld figures and provides optional seminars and events that enrich beyond studio pursuits. Residents will have the opportunity to exhibit their work in New York at Cooper Union.
