Why should I take Lypo-SphericTM GSH if the body already makes glutathione?
In the presence of toxic and infectious stresses in the body, the levels of GSH inside the cell and outside the cell decline. While it is true that GSH is synthesized inside the cell, this does not mean that this ability can keep up with all stresses. It does not. Subsequently, the lowered GSH levels cannot maintain optimal cellular health, resulting eventually in clinically apparent disease or generalized poor health.
