Why should I spend money for kitesurfing lessons?
The sport of Kitesurfing poses significant risks of SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. The inflatable traction kites used in this sport have a tremendous amount of power and can cause incredibly hazardous situations because of seemingly minor mistakes. Certified instructors are experienced at teaching the important skills required to reduce the risks of an accident. Our instructors access the students skill level and competence at each lesson to insure the student is prepared to advance to the next level. My friend Bob knows how to kitesurf, how come he shouldnt teach me? Kitesurfing is eight years in the making and is relatively new in comparison to other water and wind sports. In the beginning the first kitesurfers were forced to teach themselves, or learn from friends, but there were multiple injuries with many individuals not making it.
