Why should I sign up for TSP Training when my son or daughter can train at their high school or join a local gym?

While there are many high schools that have nice training facilities, very few have full-time supervision or specialized instruction by nationally-certified strength and conditioning specialists. Having a place to train is great, but unsupervised training can be dangerous and/or ineffective. Most local gyms offer quality training equipment, but very little instruction unless you hire a personal trainer. That will be much more expensive than our specialized clinics. If you do choose the personal trainer route, we would advise you to find one that is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Tullocks Sports Performance, Inc. offers specialized sport-specific training for all sports, male and female, in a safe, competitive, hard working and fun group training environment. The program is designed and run by Tony Tullock MS, CSCS who is currently in his 5th year as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at UAlban
