Why should I pay $4700 to form a co-ownership, flying club, or flight school?

Because it is the best value in aviation. The average cost to properly setup a co-ownership, partnership, club, flight school, etc, is $8500 and a lot of leg work and time. We have seen costs in the $12,000 – $15,000 range with attorney fees and other “perks” that are standard in our Cooperative Ownership Package. In addition, our package is turn-key, requiring no leg work and very little time.
