Why should I list my company with American Appraisers Network?
We understand that you have probably listed with other appraiser directories in the past with limited if any success. There are several reasons why these other directories have failed you in the past. First off, many of them are actually owned by Appraisal Management Company’s who are simply using them as a “cover” to build out their networks of appraisers. They do not care to advertise your business and many of them simply pocket your listing fees and do not advertise at all. Others have so many appraisers listed on their sites that your business is buried two, three, four pages deep and is never going to be seen by a potential client. Here at American Appraisers Network, we limit the number of appraisers to 3 per county and that’s it.
